Jessica Pennington - About a month ago, my mother in law suggested we all get a family portrait taken–it’s not a big family—just me and my husband, his brother, and parents, so it’s not like we had a million people to wrangle or kids schedules to work around, BUT my schedule personally has been so absolutely crazy the last month that we just couldn’t make it happen in time for the holidays. I felt pretty bad about being the one hold-up to getting this picture taken. So when my husband and I were thinking about gifts for this Christmas, we thought the perfect gift for his mom would be a really fun family portrait session we could do in the spring or summer, to get some really pretty outdoor pictures. Since I am pretty against going to a “portrait studio” in a department store, we pretty much though it was a no-go to get a session with a professional photographer because we have such a long Christmas list with family this year we just can’t spend that much on one person…so is it bad that I want to win a gift card so I can re-gift it to my mother in law? In this case I think re-gifting would be okay:-) What a great idea Leda—hope you have a wonderful Christmas!

Allison - I would like this lovely little card so that me and my family could get some family portraits done. My family has never had portraits done before and I would love to have the opportunity to do so. I am heading off to college next year and would love to have portraits of my family before this new chapter in my life starts. I would love to be able to bring some of Leda’s amazing photos to college to decorate my dorm with me. I would love to receive this lovely little card to have Leda shoot some incredible shots, especially after she shot my bro’s wedding this past October, the way she captured the love between my bro and sis-in-law is fantastic. Leda is a truly gifted photographer and I wouldn’t want anyone else to shoot portraits for me. I would be so glad to get this lovely little card. Thank you for doing this Leda, and have a wonderful Holiday!

Kelly Ellick - i would love this lovely little card so that i can get some new family portraits done. since the day i hung the last family photo on the wall, i knew it was not right. there was a hole in the picture where another baby should be. and it bothered me everytime i looked at that photo. to anyone else, there is nothing wrong, another great Leda photo. now that i have that baby to stick in the photo, i either need a new photo or i’ll just have to cut a photo of my little man and paste in the one on my wall:) Happy Holidays!!!

Tony & Karla Heyn - I would like this lovely little card because of the following reasons:

A. I would love to have some Leda-rific pics that help me capture my little guy at his finest. Since having him in my life, he has already taught me to be a better person, and given me a higher purpose. Being the best dad I can be…

B. My wife and I constantly have to go through tens of pics to go through all the blurred ones. Obviously we’re not pros.

C. I’ll probably have to drive up there with the little guy, which would be an adventure in of itself.

D. It’s the least you could do for an old friend. We go way back ya know. You probably don’t even remember…

E. In the spirit of paying it forward, however much that comes off the tab, my wife and I will donate to the Humane society of Southwestern Michigan. Preferably to a specific animal that needs medical attention in order to be adopted.
